    • Experience - Expertise - Education - Executive Excellence: All of our executive development seminars are lead by a Senior-Level Masterpreneurship® Certified Executive Consultant-Coach-Trainer who has a Ph.D. or at a minimum a masters degree in business or public administration (to include military science, system science, public service and health care administration) from a major U.S. or Canadian public or private university and has 2 or more years of Ph.D. level studies in executive development; 8 or more years of commissioned service in the Armed Forces of the United States or Canada with command and general staff experience and service in at least one major battle campaign; work experience (business or government) on at least three continents, 5 or more years of profit-center general business management service with P&L authority and accountability and 3 or more years CEO experience, and plays golf.

  • Who Should Attend This Executive Seminars: New executives, current public and private sector executives (development update/upgrade), and especially profit center managers, general and business unit managers with P&L authority and accountability, business owners, entrepreneurs, military commanders and command selectees (O3-O6), military senior and field grade officers and local, state and federal government service managers (GS 12-15 or equivalent).
  • Executive Seminars Prerequisites:
    • Bachelor's Degree (Recommended).
    • At least 5 Years of Management Experience (Preferred).
    • An Open Mind (Essential).
  • Executive Seminars Fees (2-Days): Includes All Training Materials, Continental Breakfast and Break Refreshments, and The Workplace Big Five Profile customized for each attendee ($300.00 value).
  • Executive Seminars Times: Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:15 A.M. the first day, and the executive seminars start times are at 8:30 A.M. daily and conclude at 4:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. There is a one-hour and 15 minute lunch break each day, and a 15-minute morning and afternoon break.
  • Executive Seminars Attire: Business casual.
  • Executive Seminars Travel Arrangements: Seminar attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
